Front and rear Building PLOTZ Design #1 L without adjoining wall on the left. Designed to work with a FULL Plotz design as a next door property. Just paint & go. Comes Built & Ready in EWM SUPERCAST resin with loads of easy to paint detailing. Features a rear yard with paved stone, grass and vegetable plot boarders, Stone wall and gate. Built in outside ‘Privy” or toilet with 2 dust bins molded in. Rear plot is 7.5cm wide and 10cm deep. Front is 7.5cm wide by 3.5 cm Deep. Model comes unpainted. Can be used with other makes of model buildings of appropriate size.
