Features a rear yard with partly cobbled areas, rough grass boarders, badly maintained wooden picket fence ad open gateway. Front area has a badly maintained wooden fence, gate and rough pathway and grass borders. Rear plot is 7.5cm wide and 10cm deep. Front is 7.5cm wide by 3.5 cm Deep. Model comes unpainted. Can be used with other makes of model buildings of appropriate size.
